The entire package is designed to be completed over two full days, with morning and afternoon sessions on each day and six recorded teleclasses to complement the written work. BUT THE TIMING IS UP TO YOU! You may choose to follow the suggested timeframes or prefer to complete only one activity per day. You know how you work best. But our suggested time schedule has worked well with clients finishing the kit in about 15 hours.
